Serviced November 2023, original silver dial with 14k gold applied hour marker dots and numeral, hand polished 10k gold filled case, stainless steel snap on case back, unworn brown Italian leather strap, alloy mainspring, NOS acrylic crystal.
Made from 1958 through 1962, the Khyber was one of several asymmetric models on offer from Hamilton. In 1960, Hamilton changed the dial from embossed numerals, to the applied gold numerals as found on this example. The watch features an American made 730 caliber manual wind movement with 17 jewels. The original silver dial is in fair condition with patina across the dial. The painted Hamilton logo is excellent. The paint for the sub seconds register has faded. The applied hour markers and numerals are 14k gold. The hands appear to be original and are in good condition with light patina. There is no visible plate wear on the hand polished 10k gold filled case. There is fine scratching on the stainless steel snap on case back. A NOS acrylic crystal was installed during the November 2023 service. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new unworn brown croc print Italian leather two piece strap with gold tone hardware. The 730 manual wind movement was serviced November 2023 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 17 seconds per day.

Lugs - No plate wear on the lugs, including on the edges and tips.

Band - Brown Italian leather two piece strap with gold tone hardware.
Movement - American made Hamilton caliber 730, manual wind, 17 jewels. Serviced November 2023. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
