1966 Hamilton Dateline S-575
Serviced February 2024, Swiss made manual wind movement, excellent silver dial with embossed hour markers and numerals, hand polished stainless steel case, unworn genuine leather strap, signed crown, acrylic crystal.
Hamilton introduced the Dateline series of watches in 1963. The lineup included automatic as well as manual wind movements, but all models had a calendar complication. The Dateline S-575 model was produced 1966 through 1969. This example is powered by a Swiss (ETA) made manual wind caliber 674 movement, with the date at the 3 o'clock. The silver dial is accented with a cross hair and there is no patina evident. The embossed silver markers are excellent. The paint across the entire dial is mint. The silver hands are excellent. Both the dial and the hour and minute hands were relumed during service. The high domed acrylic crystal was polished clean and clear of major defects during service. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new, unworn brown genuine leather two piece strap with contrasting stiches. The Swiss (ETA) made 674 manual wind movement was fully serviced February 2024 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 15 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished one-piece stainless steel case. Some minor scratching on case and case back.
Lugs - Excellent condition.
Crystal - High domed acrylic crystal polished during full servicing in February 2024.
Hands - Appear to be original with very light patina developing. Hour and minute hands relumed October 2023.
Dial - Silver dial with painted cross hair accent. Embossed silver hour markers and numerals. Painted Hamilton logo. Painted minute track. Paint on the dial is in excellent condition. Dial relumed February 2024.
Strap - Unworn brown genuine leather two piece strap with silver tone hardware.
Movement - Swiss made Hamilton manual caliber 674, 17 jewels. Fully serviced February 2024. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
