Serviced February 2024, Swiss made automatic movement, day and date at 3 o'clock, excellent original silver dial with blue-grey outer track, hand polished two piece stainless steel case, signed crown, acrylic crystal, unworn brown leather strap, alloy mainspring.
Made in just 1973, the Hamilton Day 'n Date 5006 watch comes with a Swiss (ETA) made automatic 825 caliber movement with a day and date complication at the 3 o'clock position. The silver dial is in excellent condition with no patina visible. The applied silver markers with blue painted accents are excellent. The Hamilton H logo is applied. The paint for the selfwinding branding and Hamilton script is mint. The minute track is painted a blue-grey color with red painted minute and second markers. There is slight damage to the paint of the minute track near the 1 o'clock position. The original silver hands with blue painted accents are excellent, with little to no patina visible. The dial and the hands were relumed during the February 2024 service. The case is hand polished with a scratch at the 1:00. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new, unworn brown leather strap. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 825 automatic movement was fully serviced February 2024 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 9 seconds per day.

Lugs - In excellent condition with no major defects. Some light scratching.
Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of major defects.
Hands - Appear to be original with little to no patina. Relumed during February 2024 service.
Dial - Silver dial. Applied silver tone markers. Applied Hamilton 'H' logo, and script selfwinding branding. Painted minute track. Ding near the 1:00 on the minute track. Relumed during February 2024 service.
Band - Unworn brown genuine leather strap with silver tone buckle.
Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton automatic caliber 826, 17 jewels, day/date. Fully serviced February 2024. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
