1955 Hamilton Tyrone

Serviced August 2024, American made manual wind movement, excellent silver dial with 18k gold applied numerals, hand polished 10k gold filled bezel and stainless steel case back, original gold filled expansion bracelet, NOS acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.

Made for four years from 1955 through 1958, the Hamilton Tyrone comes with an American made Hamilton caliber 730 manual wind movement with 17 jewels. This is an upgrade from the caliber 747 and has shock protection. The silver dial has applied 18k gold numerals. The painted Hamilton logo and sub seconds register is excellent. There is very minor patina on the dial. The hands appear to be original with light patina. A NOS acrylic crystal was installed during service. The 10k gold filled bezel and stainless steel case back have been hand polished and show some fine scratching but no plate wear. The watch comes ready to wear on its original gold plated expansion bracelet. The 730 caliber manual wind movement was serviced August 2024 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 11 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished 10k gold filled bezel and stainless steel case back. Fine scratching evident.

Lugs - Excellent with no plate wear.

Crystal - NOS acrylic crystal.

Hands - Appear to be original with patina.

Dial - Original, excellent condition dial. Silver dial with applied 18k gold numerals. Light patina evident.

Bracelet - Original Hamilton gold plated expansion bracelet.

Movement - American made Hamilton caliber 730, manual wind, 17 jewels. Fully serviced August 2024. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
