1960's Hamilton Estoril

Serviced September 2024, Swiss made automatic movement, date at 6 o'clock, silver sunburst dial, hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, NOS domed acrylic crystal, original Hamilton box.

This Hamilton Estoril is uncatalogued in North American vintage catalogs and may have been a European model only. The watch comes with a Swiss made automatic 64A caliber movement with a date complication at the 6 o'clock. The movement can be hand wound. The silver sunburst dial is in excellent condition with extremely light patina visible in places. The applied silver tone markers are excellent. The paint for the Hamilton logo, automatic branding, and Estoril branding is in mint condition. The original hands are very good with light patina developing. Both the hands and the dial were relumed during the September 2024 service. The watch is ready to wear on a black genuine leather two piece strap. Included is the original Hamilton outer box, lined with blue velvet. The Swiss made 21 jewel caliber 64A automatic movement was fully serviced September 2024 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 14 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Some scratching on the bezel and on the case back. 

Lugs - Lugs are in excellent condition with some light scratching. Lug holes are drilled.

Crystal - NOS domed acrylic crystal installed during September 2024 service.

Hands - Appear to be original with very light patina developing on the. Relumed September 2024 

Dial - Original silver sunburst dial in excellent condition. Applied silver tone markers. Painted Hamilton, automatic, and Estoril branding. Mint painted minute track. Paint on the dial is in mint condition. Relumed September 2024.

Band - Brown genuine leather strap with stainless clasp and matching stitching. 

Movement - Swiss made Hamilton automatic caliber 64A, 21 jewels, date, hand winds. Fully serviced September 2024. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
