Serviced August 2019, Swiss made automatic wind movement, excellent silver dial with linen finish, silvered applied markers with painted accents, painted minute marker chapter ring. Polished stainless steel one piece case, unworn black genuine leather strap, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.
Made in 1966 and 1967, the Hamilton Dateline A-582 comes with an Swiss made Hamilton caliber 694A automatic movement. Hamilton introduced the Dateline series of watches in 1963. The lineup included automatic as well as manual wind movements, but all models had a calendar complication. The silver dial on this watch has a subtle crosshatch linen finish and is in excellent condition with little to no patina visible. The hands appear to be original with extremely light patina. The painted Hamilton logo and automatic branding is excellent. The stainless steel one piece case has been hand polished and has some fine scratches visible. The domed acrylic crystal was polished during service. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new black genuine leather strap with silver toned buckle. The Swiss made 694A automatic wind movement was serviced August 2019 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 29 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel one piece case. Some minor scratching.
Lugs - In great condition.
Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of major defects during service.
Hands - Appear to be original with light patina.
Dial - Original linen finished silver dial with silvered applied hour markers and painted minute track on the chapter ring. Paint on the dial is in excellent condition.
Band - Unworn, black leather strap with silver toned clasp.
Movement - Swiss made Hamilton manual caliber 694A, 17 jewels. Fully serviced August 2019. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
