Serviced October 2020, Swiss made manual wind movement, excellent silver dial with silvered applied markers and painted minute track, polished stainless steel one piece case, unworn brown leather strap, signed crown, acrylic crystal, alloy mainspring.
Made for four years from 1968 through 1971, the Hamilton Thinline 5003 was one of the few models to be produced in the United States as well as Switzerland after Hamilton moved production overseas in 1969. This watch comes with a Swiss made Hamilton caliber 686 manual wind movement with small seconds. The silver dial on this example is in excellent condition with little to no visible patina. The hands appear to be original with light patina developing. The painted Hamilton logo and minute track are excellent. The domed acrylic crystal has been polished clean and clear of any major defects. The crown is signed. The watch is ready to wear on a brand new brown genuine leather strap with silver toned buckle. The Swiss made 686 manual wind movement was serviced October 2020 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 17 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel one-piece case. Some minor scratching. Signed crown.
Lugs - In great condition.
Crystal - Acrylic crystal polished clean and clear of major defects during service.
Hands - Appear to be original with light patina.
Dial - Original silver dial with silvered applied hour markers, applied 12 and 6 o'clock markers, and painted minute track. Paint on the dial is in excellent condition. Little to no patina visible on the dial.
Band - Unworn, brown leather strap with silver toned clasp.
Movement - Swiss made Hamilton manual caliber 686, 17 jewels. Fully serviced October 2020. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
