1970's Parker Jump Hour Watch
1970's Parker Jump Hour Watch
Serviced February 2022, Swiss made manual wind jump hour movement, excellent blue dial, hand polished chrome plated case, stainless steel case back, new silicone quick release strap, acrylic crystal.
On a jump hour (sometimes called a digital) watch, the hour is indicated by an hour wheel, rather than an hour hand that continuously sweeps across the dial. As the name implies, the hour 'jumps' forward, displaying the correct hour. The minute wheel and the second hand constantly sweep. This Parker Jump Hour watch comes with a Swiss made manual wind movement. The blue dial, as well as all the white paint, is in excellent condition. The case is chrome plated base metal. There is some brassing evident, notably near the crystal. The watch is ready to wear with a brand new blue silicon two piece Barton strap with quick release spring bars. The Swiss made manual wind movement was fully serviced February 2022 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 38 seconds per day.
