Serviced May 2019, Swiss made automatic movement, day and date window at 3 o'clock, excellent blue dial with spidering, silver outer track with painted minute markers and applied hour markers, hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back, mineral glass crystal, original Hamilton metal bracelet with signed clasp, alloy mainspring.
Made for just three years from 1975 through 1977, the Hamilton Auto Date Hawk was only offered in stainless steel in 1975. This watch comes with a Swiss (ETA) made automatic 826 caliber movement with day and date complications at the 3 o'clock position. With the crown in the second position, the date is advanced by rotating the crown clockwise, the day is advanced by rotating the crown counter clockwise. This watch hand winds. The dial is excellent with a blue field that fades to black towards the edges and silver outer track. There are fine cracks (spidering) on the blue dial. There is little to no patina visible. The applied silver markers with black accents are excellent are the painted minute markers. The paint across the dial is in minty condition. The original painted hands are excellent. The watch is ready to wear on the original metal bracelet and will fit up to a 6.75 inch wrist. The clasp is signed. The watch also comes with an original Hamilton presentation box with orange velvet on the interior. The Swiss (ETA) made 17 jewel caliber 826 automatic movement was fully serviced May 2019 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 14 seconds per day.

Case - Hand polished stainless steel case and screw down case back. Some scratching on the bezel, scratching on back. Signed Hamilton crown.
Lugs - In excellent condition with no major defects. Some light scratching.
Crystal - Flat mineral glass crystal.
Hands - Appear to be original. The lume also appears to be original and no longer glows. Paint on the hands is excellent.
Dial - Gloss blue field with silver outer track. Applied silver tone hour markers, black painted minute track. Painted Hamilton and selfwinding branding in excellent condition. Blue field has some hairline cracks, not noticeable unless upon close inspection.
Bracelet - Original Hamilton metal bracelet. Hamilton signed clasp.
Additional - The watch comes with the original Hamilton presentation box. The box is lined with orange velvet and is in excellent condition.
Movement - Swiss (ETA) made Hamilton automatic caliber 826, 17 jewels, day/date with quick set. Hand winds. Fully serviced May 2019. Runs strong and keeping excellent time.
