Serviced  March 2025, manual wind movement, excellent black dial and hands, parkerized one piece stainless steel case, green NATO strap with black buckle, fixed spring bars, NOS acrylic crystal.

Hamilton made watches for the US Military under various specifications, one of which was the Mil-W-46374. The 46374B version of the spec was introduced in September 1968 for use by the US Army in Viet Nam. This example comes with the manual wind, 7 jewel movement with a center sweep seconds hand. The matte finished black dial is in excellent condition. The paint for the numerals and minute track is excellent. The hour pips were relumed during service March 2025. The white hands are excellent with little to no patina evident and were also relumed during service. A NOS domed acrylic crystal was installed during service. The crown is original. The watch is ready to wear on an olive drab nylon NATO strap with black hardware. The manual wind movement was fully serviced March 2025 and is running well and currently performing at +/- 11 seconds per day.
